Happy November! My how time flies. I love this time of year. Family, friends, and amazing weather. Could it get any better?! And I feel like we have actually had a real fall this year. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems like most years we have a few days of that perfect fall weather in between summer and winter, and that's it.
We go from hot to cold in what feels like a week. But this year, I feel like we've had 75 degree weather for a while now, and I'm loving it! To relish in the season, Steve and I spent Monday evening doing all things fall:
- we drove to Sprouts and picked out the perfect pumpkin (from the few that were left - I had no idea we were so late in the game)
- I created our pumpkin's face (pardon my drawing skills) and Steve carved it out and made it come alive
- He cleaned and baked the pumpkin seeds (and our apartment smelled AMAZING)
- And last but not least, HOT CHOCOLATE. Yum.
